On Netflix there is a thriller film that has been seen by 31 million viewers in just 3 days of programming.

Do you like mysteries? Then you definitely need to watch this thriller on Netflix. A film full of action, investigations and even a few laughs, to be seen with the whole family.

It is impossible not to get carried away by Murder Mysterya longtime record holder on Netflix, where nearly 31,000,000 accounts watched the film in its first three days of release.

A thriller full of twistschases and breathtaking landscapes, given that the film was shot largely in Italy, between Santa Margherita Ligurian and the Lake Como.

To guarantee an exciting plot there is the signature on the screenplay by James Vanerbiltformer author of cornerstones of thriller cinematography such as Basic And Zodiac.

Vanerbilt, however, also has a notable comic streak, a quality he has won at Murder Mystery the People’s Choice Awards such as Best Comedy Film.

The truly stellar cast, much loved by audiences of all ages, is also certainly worth mentioning.

In the role of the protagonist, Nick Spitz, we find the well-known comedian and actor Adam Sandler.

The main female character, his wife Audrey Spitz, is instead played by Jennifer Anistonbeloved actress of many films and TV series (such as the hugely popular sitcom Friends or the moving Me & Marleyall available on Netflix).

The couple showed great complicity on the set, and it is perhaps above all this alchemy that has decreed the immediate success of this product.

We can’t wait for the sequel to come out, already scheduled and postponed – unfortunately – due to the pandemic.

In the meantime, we highly recommend getting it back!

Nick Spitz is a police officer in New York who did not pass the exam for a third time to become a detective, and consequently did not get the salary increase that the promotion would have guaranteed.

But since the man does not have the courage to reveal the failure to his wife Audrey, a hairdresser and a great fan of mystery books, he feigns success at the test and continues to make excuses to postpone the expensive trip to Europe that the woman awaits as a moon of honey for many years now.

In order to see her happy, she still organizes the departure, pretending a surprise and knowing that she has to save as much as possible.

On the plane Audrey meets an eccentric English nobleman, Charles Cavendish, who invites the couple to participate, as his guests, in the rich wedding of his uncle Malcolm Quince with his ex-girlfriend, aboard a luxurious yacht.

Compared to the sleazy, “super-thrifty” tour Nick booked, it feels like a dream, and so the two happily accept.

Once on board, Nick and Audrey meet the future bride Suzi Nakamura, his cousin and Quince’s son Tobey, the actress Grace Ballard, Colonel Ulenga, his bodyguard Sergei, Maharajah Vikram, the pilot of racing car Juan Carlos and, of course, of Malcolm Quince.

Over the course of the dinner, the man announces that he is sure that all his relatives and friends are interested in him only for the money, and that therefore his new wife Suzi will be the only one to receive the inheritance.

Before he can officially sign the modified will, the lights go out. Once rekindled, a terrible discovery occurs before everyone’s astonished eyes: Quince is dead, stabbed in the chest with a ceremonial dagger.

But among the guests of the yacht there will soon be other victims …

Despite having no direct connection with the people killed, the Spitz spouses will become the prime suspects.

Who is the real killer? And what is the motive behind these heinous crimes?
