OnePlus Nord Watch comes with a large quadrangular display from 1.78 inch with technology AMOLEDa resolution from 368×448 pixels and a refresh rate at 60Hz. The wearable can monitor heart rate, menstrual cycle, stress, sleep and blood oxygen saturation thanks to the sensor Sp02.
