Oppo Reno 7, 7 Pro, 7 SE

Oppo Reno 7 is making its debut in just 3 days. Together with the Pro and SE models, they will try to conquer the premium medium-sized market. Here are their design and specification. Will Poles love these smartphones as much as their predecessors?

The series will be officially presented in a few days Oppo Reno 7. This time – as every time – the manufacturer focused on a delicate facelift, which brings these models closer to the ideal average for 2021. Today we can take a close look at them in the official graphics, we also know the specification. Is it worth waiting for their Polish premiere?

Let’s start with the debut date itself. If you missed it, Oppo Reno 7, Oppo Reno 7 Pro and Oppo Reno 7 SE will be officially shown on November 25, 2021. The problem is that this is a Chinese premiere, and we will wait at least two months in Europe. Unfortunately, this is a standard practice with Oppo, which will also be translated into the debut of OnePlus 10 Pro.

We will take a closer look at each of the models. Oppo Reno 7 will be the basic smartphone in the offer and it is supposed to attract the most attention. The appearance is almost exactly the same as in the predecessor, only the camera island has changed slightly. It also means that the phone looks great – it could be an iPhone 13 and no one would even blink.

The specification includes a Snapdragon 778G, 8 or 12 GB RAM and 128 or 256 GB for user files. The main camera has a resolution of 64 MP, and the additional “eye” is a wide angle. Inside there is a place for a battery slightly larger than in the predecessor with a capacity of 4500 mAh. There is also support for very fast 65W charging.

Let’s move on to Oppo Reno 7 Pro. This is the highest model in this iteration of the series, and the manufacturer has abandoned the Pro + variant. The phone is slightly thinner than the basic version and the same can be said about the frames surrounding the display. The biggest differences can be found in the camera, but the detailed specification is still shrouded in mystery. The heart of the device will be MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Max, there will be up to 12 GB RAM, 4500 mAh battery and 65W charging.

The last smartphone that Oppo will show on November 25 is the cheap Reno 7 SE model. It is also the only phone in the series that resigns from the Apple-inspired, angular appearance. Perhaps aesthetics suffer from this, but it will certainly be more comfortable to hold. A thicker chin also reveals a lower price. At the moment, we do not know the exact specification of the device, but only the capacitive versions – 8/128 and 8/256 GB.
