Payrolls higher in March for some categories thanks to the increases established by the collective agreements negotiated by the unions
March is a month of increases for various categories of workers and beyond. Meanwhile, many retirees will find something more aboutcheck of the pension of the month of March. Then come the cuts from the personal income tax on payslips which are visible starting this month. Furthermore, for the families March is the month in which the long-awaited universal single allowance for dependent children arrives.
The incoming increases must then be compared with the increase in the cost of living that has been recorded for some months due to the effect of energy costs. Fuelsgas and energy electric uphill are causing a ripple effect on numerous consumer goods. In addition to the aforementioned increases, some categories will find more money in their paychecks starting in March for other reasons.
Pay slips, increases for these categories
These are the increases established by the renewals of national collective agreements. Here are the expected categories and increases:
The alimentary craftsmeni.e. the employees of companies in the food crafts sector, the new salaries based on the levels are as follows:

Bakers, on the other hand, will have these salaries based on levels:

THE metalworkers, instead, in March they will receive 70 euros one-off in accordance with the agreements for the renewal of the national contract. In June they will receive another 60 euros. Employees of the sector industrial footwear they will receive from March an increase which is expected to be of 300 euros gross for the years starting from 2021.
Laundries and dry cleaners will have the following new levels:

These increases are the effect of the national collective bargaining concluded with the agreements of last December 6, 2021 with the Government. It’s about the renewals of contracts national labor force of the aforementioned categories of workers. The increases summarized (tables from tuttoolavoro24) are added to the increases in March which concern all Italians who receive pay slips.
These are the increases deriving from the cut in Irpef, the tax on personal income decided by the Government in law budget. The cut of the personal income tax also applies to the other categories of workers and pensioners but, in the case of payslips and pension checks, the reduction in taxes begins in March.
