Sony had to remove the slogan copied from the Xbox Game Pass from the PlayStation Now page because it violated Microsoft’s copyright.

Sony has removed from the official PlayStation Now page the slogan copied from Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass for copyright infringement.

For those who did not know what we are talking about, with the announcement of the PlayStation Now price cut, Sony had adopted a new slogan for the service, ‘Discover your next favorite game’, unfortunately, identical to the one used by Microsoft with Xbox Game Pass.

Too bad for Sony that the slogan had been recorded by Microsoft and, consequently, the Japanese multinational was forced to remove it by replacing it with a completely different one: ‘New adventures whenever you want them’.

For the rest, we remind you that Sony has recently announced a substantial price cut to subscribe to PlayStation Now, as well as the inclusion in the service of four major games: God of War, Infamous: Second Son, GTA 5 and Uncharted 4.
