Poetry, art and illustration for the Friday debut of the “San Marino Green Festival” at Podere Lesignano.
In the splendid setting of Podere Lesignano, the “San Marino Green Festival” takes off with an interactive cenacle held by poet and “landscape scientist” Franco Arminius to then continue with Readings from the Rodari Club “Fables at the time of Covid”.
It was therefore the turn of the screening of a short film dedicated to the good girl Rimini illustrator Eva Montanaripresent at the screening and intervened in turn together with Fabio Rossi of the Rodari Club.
“As he had the opportunity to reiterate personally Piero Bartolo, the doctor of Lampedusa which welcomed and assisted hundreds of migrants and to whom the director Gianfranco Rosi dedicated the docufilm ‘Fuocoammare’ – says Gabriele Geminiani, creator of the San Marino Green Festival -, art today represents the most effective tool, more effective than any press release or news service, to transmit important contents, both social and ecological, in a surgical way “.
This morning at 10.30, in the Giardini dei Liburni in the historic center, there will be the official inauguration of the “San Marino Green Festival” and will continue with a whole series of initiatives inside the gardens which will culminate, in the late afternoon, with a intervention on urban green management by Professor Francesco Ferrinito end with a sparkling and very original performance of the Musical Recycled Circus.
