The little story published by Kylian Mbappe on Instagram has now been dissected, ironic or not, to reveal clues about the Paris Saint-Germain striker’s future. This time everyone’s attention went to Rodrigo’s account. The Real Madrid winger published a story this Saturday which exposed him with the Bondi native.
The two men are smiling hand in hand and the Brazilian points his index finger at the 24-year-old Frenchman. This photo was allegedly taken during a night in Sardinia. Even if this post does not mean that Mbappe will sign for Real Madrid, this publication is not insignificant given the context in which the vice-world champion finds himself.
Rodrygo is certainly not unaware that the name “KM”, as he states in the image, has been rumored for several transfer windows from the Real side. The former Monegasque is currently preparing with the “scaffold” in Paris, while the rest of the team have just returned from tours of Japan and South Korea.
Mbappe was not selected for the trip because of his desire not to extend the adventure in Paris beyond 2024. At the end of the contract next summer, he assured that he wanted to leave after his lease with PSG. For their part, the club are absolutely keen to avoid seeing their star leave for free and claim the player already has a deal in place with Real Madrid for 2024.
So Rodrigo’s story will give the soap opera a boost and run the risk of drawing some Paris supporters a little further.
