The coaches of the largest clubs have to cope not only with the appropriate physical and tactical preparation of their team, but also with maintaining a good atmosphere in it. They have to take care of the ego of the biggest stars, and at the same time ensure that it does not negatively affect the entire team.
Nagelsmann finds out about it in Bayern. “Sport Bild” emphasizes that the German is doing everything to maintain a good mood in the locker room. He also does it through talks with Lewandowski.
“Sport Bild” claims that the captain of the Polish national team complained about Bayern’s way of attacking. He argued that other offensive players were getting in the way of him. Effect? According to him, the penalty area was supposed to be too crowded.
Nagelsmann reacted – he had a long conversation with Lewandowski. The German explained to him the way of Bayern’s game, its positioning in the attack and its benefits for the Pole.
