Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will bring to life some epic stories in movies and shows Disney+starting from Secret Invasion. The exclusive series Disney+ will be based on the 2008-2009 crossover event of the same name and will revolve around a number of new and returning faces. Among the first there is Emilia Clarkeinterpreter of game of Thrones And Alone: A Star Wars Story, who has been cast in a currently undisclosed role in the series and recently shared a new behind-the-scenes look on Instagram. In the photos you can see below, Clarke shared images of herself and her dog Ted, who reportedly “nearly destroyed a set” of Secret Invasion after wanting to be taken back.

“My boyfriend looks like an angel, but in his desperate need to be filmed, he nearly destroyed a set,” Clarke wrote. “And then he shit on it. 😇
Secret Invasion will focus on MCU veterans Nick Fury (Samuel L Jackson) And Talos (Mendelsohn) dealing with an invasion of shapeshifting Skrulls who have infiltrated all aspects of life on Earth. Among other MCU veterans will be there Cobie Smulders in the role of Mary Hill, Don Cheadle in the role of James “Rhodey” Rhodes / War machine And Martin Freeman in the role of Everett K. Ross.
“I think what they’re doing right now is so exciting and so beautiful, and so cutting edge. I feel like they’re the Apple of this world,” Clarke explained in an interview last year. “Being part of that family is like, ‘Oh my God, I’m among the cool kids.’ It’s a very cool thing.’ Honestly speaking, the people who are making it are the ones who made me want to actually do it. I think everyone’s heart and head are in the right place.”
“The great thing about the show is that it gives us the opportunity to immerse ourselves more in the characters, really exploring their relationships with each other,” Smulders explained in an interview earlier this year. “It was really exciting shooting these scenes with Sam where we didn’t just talk about, ‘How are we going to take this to fix this? And we’ve managed to show a kind of relationship that you see behind the scenes.”
Among the new cast members will be Clarke, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Olivia Colman, Carmen Ejogo, Christopher McDonald, Dermot Mulroney And Killian Scott. The series will be written and executive produced by Kyle Bradstreet and directed by Thomas Bezucha And Ali Sel
Secret Invasion should debut on Disney+ in early 2023.
