Marigot Fest
Each year, the Fête de Marigot is celebrated at the same time to commemorate the storming of the Bastille, which took place on July 14, 1789. Following a ceremony at the Catholic Church of Marigot, the traditional National Day parade is held. Streets of the Saint-Martin capital in the morning. The official celebration comes to an end with the laying of a wreath at the war memorial and a speech. Then it’s time for entertainment: traditional games, sailboat races, pedestrian races, musical entertainment and fireworks. free admission
