Siena on the red carpet too: designer Camilla Bellini protagonist at the Venice festival

There is Siena again at the 79th Venice Film Festival. In fact, the Sienese designer Camilla Bellini was chosen to tread the red carpet, invited by Inspiring People Relations, a reality attentive to new forms of creativity and female entrepreneurship.

The occasion was the first of A couple, a film by the American director Frederick Wiseman with a single actress and performer, the French Nathalie Boutefeu. The dramatic, biographical, historical and sentimental film recounts the long relationship between Lev and Sophia Tolstoy, which lasted forty-eight years, with a monologue.

A couple was shot in twenty-three days, in May 2021, in the La Boulaye garden, on the island of Belle Île. The scenes were shot on the cliffs, on the beaches and in the garden in full spring bloom. The animals, insects, flowers, trees and sounds of the garden are also the scenographic protagonists of the film.

The 79th Venice Film Festival is proving to be a very popular event, in which reference figures from fields other than cinema come to increase the prestige of the event. Last but not least, design leaves its mark on the city of the Lagoon. Already in 2020, the Sienese designer was invited to the Venetian red carpet on the occasion of the “Inspiring Venice” project, which provided for the crowdfunding support of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice.

“Camilla Bellini is an example of how determination, great preparation and ability to listen to the needs of one’s audience are essential factors for achieving important objectives in digital and traditional communication. Our reality, which has always been attentive to changes and innovations in the world of creativity, could not have chosen a better partner than Camilla as an example of successful female entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship ”, confirms Francesca Concina, founder of Inspiring People Relations.

“Being back on the red carpet was a great personal and professional emotion that comes after a year of satisfactions sealed by the birth of LA, the lamp I designed for the Italamp company. Being invited to an event with such an important media exposure is also a small success for the whole world of design ”, said Camilla Bellini.
