The change of style, for Nicole Kidman, starts with sunglasses

The look everyone is talking about right now is that of Nicole Kidman, spotted outside her hotel in Paris dressed from head to toe Balenciaga. And so far, it’s all very simple: the actress paired a tight black body with a pair of oversized jeans, and accessorized the ensemble – certainly an ensemble outside her daily fashion comfort zone -, with a black clutch and a pair of shoes with a very sharp toe.

Nicole then chose to give a chic touch to the look thanks to a cross necklace and a luminous tennis bracelet, completing everything with the touch effortless of a messy chignon, gathered with a flannel, back this season in the limelight. But what attracted the attention of the whole Kidman outfit was not the baggy pants but rather the pair of sunglasses she wore, black and oversized, which intrigued the fans of the brand (and also the fans by Kim Kardashian).

For this, in fact, we must take a step back in time. Kim Kardashian fans will remember well when the socialite wore that exact pair of Balenciaga designer glasses, in November 2021, after an important appointment. These sunglasses, with a black nylon mask that recall the shape of a bow tie (although many recognize in them more the shape of the eyes of an insect), were chosen by the socialite, in total black by Balenciaga, to go unnoticed on any November day in New York. But those glasses, so particular and cool, have instead created the opposite effect, attracting all the eyes of fashionistas. And here the end of her anonymity for Kim, who was spotted shortly after her at one of her very first dates with her current boyfriend Pete Davidson.
