In an industrial warehouse, the French designer of Colombian origins, former creative director of Berluti, appreciated for his multicultural approach trendy and its stand out sense of colortogether with Fila, brought to the catwalk a collection that celebrates a multifaceted sporting heritage, working on the idea of ​​performance as improvement, drawing inspiration from the cleanliness and visual impact of the youth cultures for which Manchester and England are famous in the world. ‘Manchester has an intriguing mix of colliding cultures’ says the designer after the show. ‘A place in constant ferment, where we hear the voices of young people, their overwhelming energy, in sport, music and literature. And I wanted to focus on this unique point of view’ adds the stylist. The new collection blends the fashion DNA of Haider Ackermann and theFila’s legacy in sportsin a skilful mix & match of central elements of the sports wardrobe – tops, anoraks, tracksuits, leggings, swimsuits, bodysuits – are mixed with bomber jackets and tailoring. The atmospheres are suspended, almost spatial, like a blank sheet where the silhouettes are designed by inflamed colors and almost optical patterns.

The logo stands out on the legs of the technical pants and on the back of the jackets, the tracksuits are all over, the layering is absolutely light. “They have no barriers, they are courageous”, continued the designer who paraded in front of a crowd of stars and friends from all over the world. Chloe Grace Moretz and the spiderman Andrew Garfield, Cody Fern from America Horror story, Emma Darcy from House of the dragon, super tennis player Karolina Pliskova.
