June’s interpreter in fact explained:
I can say that the season is possibly one of the craziest experiences I’ve ever had. We’ve definitely had a few seasons where a lot of things happen. In others, however, it doesn’t happen that much.
Elisabeth then continued:
I can hardly keep up with what happens in the next few episodes. I mean it, so many things happen.
Season 4 ended with the brutal deadly attack by June and other former Gilead handmaids that ended Commander Waterford’s life. The death was then announced to Serena that she received a mysterious package that contained her finger with her spouse’s wedding band.
Hulu has not yet announced the release date of the fifth season of The Handmaid’s Taleof which Elisabeth Moss was also the director on occasion and of two episodes.
