The IRCA Group of Gallaratea leading company in the production of creams, chocolates and other ingredients and preparations for pastry, ice cream and bread making announced today the100% acquisition of the shares of Cesarin SpA by the Cesarin family. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1920, the company led by Alberto Cesarin has been able to transform a family vocation into a modern international company. A success based on research and innovation, commitment and passion, combined with a constant attention to the artisan realities of excellence. Cesarin SpA is now present in more than 85 countries and employs over 100 people and has a unique know-how in the sector, based on fruit transformation processes that are the result of years of experience and mastery. Cesarin offers high quality semi-finished products for pastry and ice cream, such as candied fruit for leavened desserts and sour cherries for ice cream, to obtain ingredients that represent Italian excellence.
With the acquisition by the IRCA Group, Cesarin SpA becomes part of a portfolio of brands which also includes JoyGelato, Dobla and In2Food USA, reinforcing their leadership and expanding its already wide range of high added value ingredients for pastry, bakery and ice cream.
