The Marvels: Brie Larson wishes Iman Vellani a happy birthday

Yesterday was the star’s twentieth birthday Marvel Iman Vellaniafter its success on Disney + completed the first season. Fans of the Marvel have already fallen in love with her in the MCU and are looking forward to her next appearance, which apparently won’t be until next year’s film The Marvels. In a new post on Instagram, Larson paid tribute to Vellani, fueling the enthusiasm of fans of the Marvel for the couple’s on-screen meeting.

“Happy belated birthday to my Billy Joel, crocodile lover, sage over the years, superstar and friend.” Larson wrote in her caption, accompanying a photo of the two together. “We can sing Hamilton out loud for many years to come.” As fans will recall, the post-credits scene from the finale of Ms. Marvel he saw Kamala Khan by Vellani and Carol Danvers of Larson swapping places, with the young heroine’s latest appearance in the bedroom. Exactly how that happened and better yet where Kamala ended up remains to be seen, but the answers will come next year.

Candyman director Nia DaCosta will get behind the camera for the film. Speaking in another interview, Vellani said her experience in the film couldn’t have been more different from the series Disney +telling Empire:

“It was absolutely amazing, a completely different experience. You have the same amount of time to shoot far less content, so everything was more relaxed. And Brie and Teyonah were the most amazing support system, having people having the same pains from stunts. We were crying together. Is fantastic”.

With Samuel L. Jackson in the role of Nick Fury and the newcomer to the MCU Zawe Ashton in an evil role, Vellani will reprise his starring role as Kamala Khan. The Marvels of the Marvel Studios will be released in theaters on July 28, 2023.
