Against the backdrop of an imposing building complex in the Milanese suburbs, Block 181 follows Laura Osma (El Chapo), Alessandro Piavani (House of Gucci) And Andrea Dodero (The pupil) in the role of three boys struggling with a dangerous triangle that will challenge the rules of their belonging, through which they emancipate themselves from their respective gangs to find their place in the world. Coming from different realities, yet linked by something stronger, Bea, a sensual and indomitable Latin American girl torn between loyalty to her family and the desire to change her life, Ludo, a bourgeois party man with a clean face, and Mahdi, gloomy and protective boy from the Bloc linked to the latter as a brother, they will find themselves climbing the hierarchies of the criminal system together along the clash between Bloc and Latinos in a suburban handkerchief clinging to a hive of abusive apartments, the daily terrain of grim and suspicious looks .

Created by Paolo Vari, Francesca De Lisi, Dario Bonamin, Mirko Cetrangolo And Marco Borromeiand directed by Giuseppe Capotondi (Suburra: The series) with Ciro Visco (Gomorrah: The series) And Matteo Bonifazio, Block 181 sees the debut, in a role unpublished for him, of the pioneer of Italian rap Psalm, who is a supervisor and music producer, creative producer and actor of the series. He plays Snake, Lorenzo’s armed right-hand man, a drug dealer with the face of Alessandro Tedeschi (Petra), childhood friend and ally of Rizzo (Alessio Praticò, The miracle), boss of the neighborhood.
