The Rock hits back at criticism of controversial speech in Black Adam trailer Rolling Stone

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson used social media to counter criticism about a controversial line in the trailer for black adam (2022), which was recently shown during the CinemaCon 2022. (Via Screen Rant)

The preview was not released to the general public, but it gained descriptions, which caught the public’s attention because of one of the protagonist’s lines. At one point, a person says, “Superheroes don’t kill people.” Then, black adam responds: “I kill.”

many fans of A.D surprised the statement and pointed out how Batman, Aquaman, Super man and Wonder Woman already killed people. But, The Rock guaranteed that the line will make sense within the narrative of the film.

“After watching black adam, you will understand the context of speech. Makes sense. the mythology of Teth/black adam. Relentless with zero consideration,” wrote the Hollywood star.
