All contestants, please pay attention! Information has just come out that an objective examination of the PMERJ Contest Suspended! The decision was brought about by Governor Claudio Castro, who released the information on his official Instagram profile. According to him, Rio de Janeiro State Gendarmerie Contest Not Canceled And this step will have a new date.
It is worth noting that this decision was made after the state government of Rio de Janeiro received reports of failures in objective testing, particularly in the inspection process. Castro also said an investigation would be launched and those responsible would be punished under strict laws if wrongdoing is proven.

A total of 120,000 applicants have registered for the PMERJ competition, vying for 2,000 vacancies for soldier positions. Candidates will now be given more preparation time to retake the first stage.
