The Vatican is recruiting young people for a social media project

Recruitment for the second edition of the “Faith Communication in the Digital World” program addressed to young people from around the world aims to select ten young people who will support the Holy See in modernizing the message through social media and other modern media. The project, created and coordinated by the Department of Communication, is addressed to people under 35 years of age, who use English communicatively, and apart from media experience, they are also characterized by commitment to Christian values ​​and are recommended by the church institution or community .

Young people who took part in the first edition of the project, visual communication and social media support of the recently launched Synod of Bishops and the entire synodal process on synodality. During the meetings – both “live” and online – they participated in classes improving their communication skills, got to know various institutions of the Holy See and shared their experiences and intuitions, co-creating a media communication strategy, among others. for the secretariat of the Synod of Bishops.
