There will be payment for milk delivered to failed cooperatives

Applications for payment for milk, unpaid due to the bankruptcy of the cooperative, may be submitted from November 29, 2021 to December 10, 2021.

The Ministry of Agriculture announced the deadline for submitting applications for payment for the sold milk to the ARMA – they can be submitted from November 29, 2021 to December 10, 2021.

The aid is granted if the entity to which the milk was sold has failed to pay the supplier at least once in 2018-2020 due to the issuance of a bankruptcy order against this entity.

The application should be accompanied by, inter alia, copies of invoices, bills or other evidence confirming the sale of milk and a copy of the list of receivables or other document confirming the existence of claims of the agricultural producer applying for aid against the bankrupt entity due to the agricultural producer’s failure to receive payment for the sold milk in 2018-2020, drawn up by the bankruptcy trustee.
