“The only way to end this year would be with an accident”, commented Tessa Thompson in a new interview
Tessa Thompson revealed that she was involved in a car accident while traveling during the New Year.
The 37-year-old actress – who has ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ (2017) and ‘Creed: Born to Fight’ (2015) among her most famous works in cinema – spoke about the experience in a new interview with presenter Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show. She said she had decided to go to a cabin in a mountainous area of the United States, where she could rest without being in contact with agglomerations during the pandemic. “But I had a car accident, so I had an interaction with social distance,” he said.
Thompson explained that a large monster truck hit her on the road. “I’m safe, obviously, and the driver was very kind, after all,” she added.
The artist then noted that she has been involved in car accidents on other occasions because she grew up in Los Angeles, and considered the most recent occurrence to be “pleasant” when compared to the others she has experienced in her life. “After this year, I feel gratitude for being alive. It was the sweetest and most adorable accident I’ve ever had, ”he said. “But it also made perfect sense: the only way to end this year would be with a car accident.”
