Thor: Love and Thunder, Kieron L. Dyer revealed that a scene with Axl and Heimdall’s wife was cut from Taika Waititi’s film.
The July 6 came out in the cinema Thor: Love and Thunderthe fourth chapter dedicated to God of Thunder interpreted by Chris Hemsworth. In the film the Thundering asks for help a King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), a Korg (Taika Waititi) and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) – now able to lift Mjolnir – to combat the threat of Gorr the Slaughterer of Gods (Christian Bale), a galactic killer who longs for the extinction of the gods.
During an interview granted exclusively to ComicBookMovie.com, Kieron L. Dyer spoke about his involvement in the role of
Astrid Axlthe son of Heimdall (Idris Elba), in Thor: Love and Thunder. When asked if there are any scenes with the character of him that he is disappointed not to have seen in the final cut of the film, the young actor confirmed that a specific sequence that Axl and his mother would have seen has been slightly modified:
“Not really, to be honest! I’m pretty sure all my scenes ended up in the movie. The camera scene… the second time you see me was shortened because there was a scene where I was going to have a conversation with my mother. That sequence got shortened and a little shredded but apart from that all my scenes ended up in the movie.. “
