Three people injured in police pursuit

The SUV continued on Interstate 10, exiting Geronimo, ignored the traffic light and crashed into a black passenger car carrying two people.

There were three illegal immigrants in the car, including the driver. First responders treated all passengers in both vehicles.

The driver and passenger of the SUV suffered minor injuries and were transported to University Medical Center (UMC). The driver of the black car was also taken to UMC with serious injuries. Meanwhile, the passenger in the black car was transported to Del Sol Medical Center with minor injuries.
