The eighth day of the World Cup will be played on Monday in Qatar. The last matches of the second round of the group stage are scheduled, and more eliminations and qualifiers for the next round could come. The positions in the standings are ordered according to: points obtained, best goal difference, highest number of goals scored, balance in head to head and best goal difference in head to head.

Serbia are eliminated if they lose and if Brazil do not beat Switzerland tonight. Cameroon is eliminated if they lose and Switzerland fail to win against Brazil.
