the tribute to taylor hawkins (1972-2022), from Foo Fighters, which will be held in London, will be broadcast globally, according to the band’s announcement. The show will be held on September 3 at Wembley Stadium and will feature the participation of Brian May and Roger Taylor (from Queen), Liam Gallagher, Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age), among others.
The event will be shown live internationally through the Pluto TV streaming service and MTV’s YouTube channels, starting at 12:30 pm (Brasilia time). The recording will be available on Paramount+ the same day and on Pluto TV starting the week of September 5th.
There are still no confirmations about the broadcast in Brazil, but, according to the band’s official website, MTV will still show in Latin America a one-hour special about taylor hawkins on September 3. And a two-hour extended version of the production will air globally in the same month.
