This is already confirmed news – the Viaplay platform will show live all KSW gala events in Poland, as well as in the Nordic and Baltic countries, starting in December this year. We know the details of the transaction.

We informed already on Saturday that the largest MMA organization in Poland is saying goodbye to Polsat group and associated with Viaplay after 17 years. The parties have agreed a long-term partnership, under which, from December this year, Viaplay will become the only platform broadcasting KSW galas live in Poland and 9 other countries. In connection with the signing of the contract, KSW will also increase the number of galas to 12 events per year.
The first gala on the Viaplay platform will be heavily staffed with KSW 65, which will take place on December 18 in Gliwice. Mamed Khalidow and Robert “Robocop” Soldić will face this event in a very interesting fight of the evening. Most importantly, this and all other KSW events will be available to fans as part of Viaplay’s regular sports subscription. The one in Poland costs 34 zlotys a month.
KSW galas will be available in Poland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Netherlands. In Poland, broadcasts will be enriched with a premium studio during the gala and a commentary in Polish. The names of the commentators have not been announced so far. It is known, however, that the duo Andrzej Janisz – Łukasz Jurkowski will say goodbye to the organization.
Interestingly, the new agreement does not mean that the KSWTV.COM website will be suspended. This platform will continue to broadcast galas in countries where Viaplay does not yet provide its services.
– We are very excited to be working with Viaplay starting on December 18th and KSW 65. The Viaplay streaming platform is an amazing value for sports fans. We want to make KSW available to more and more people in Poland and Europe. I am sure that all KSW fans will have a better viewing experience and will benefit from this partnership – says Maciej Kawulski, co-owner of KSW, with satisfaction.
– Next year, the number of our events will increase, the composition of our team and the number of European territories where KSW will be easily accessible will also expand. Cooperation with Viaplay gives us new opportunities and will positively influence the further development of KSW – adds Martin Lewandowski, the other owner of the organization.
The Viaplay platform, belonging to the Swedish concern NENT Group, was launched in Poland on August 3. In our country, it has the right to show the football games of the Bundesliga, the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Conference League, the NHL hockey league and the PDC dart. In 2022, the offer will be enriched with the Premier League in football and the IndyCar racing series, and a year later – with Formula 1. Viaplay will also broadcast the FIFA 2023 Women’s World Cup.
