Each of them is threatened with life imprisonment. Authorities confirmed the death of the sixth victim of Sunday’s incident – an eight-year-old boy.

However, the prosecutor’s office declares that another prosecution will be brought in connection with the death of the sixth victim. Each offense is punishable by life imprisonment.

The defendant was bailed in the amount of five million dollars. Judge Kevin Costello explained that her height had to do with “the accused’s extraordinary criminal history.” “I haven’t seen anything like it in my very long career,” said the judge.
The boy was the sixth victim of the Waukesha tragedy
The sixth victim of Sunday’s tragedy is eight-year-old Jackson Sparks, who was hit along with his brother, a 12-year-old Trucker. The boys marched in a parade with their baseball team. The older brother suffered a skull fracture, he survived.
The remaining fatalities were four women aged 52-79 and an 81-year-old man. Of the 62 people injured during the parade, 18 are children, the police said. Several people are still in critical condition in hospitals.
The criminal history of the accused
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the detained man has been charged three times in less than two years with allegations of compromising the safety of others and of domestic violence.
In the last case, on November 5, he was supposed to run over his partner in a car in the parking lot of a gas station. The woman was injured and hospitalized, and Brooks was arrested. He left it last Friday after paying a deposit of a thousand dollars. This happened, although two other proceedings are pending against him to jeopardize the safety of others with the use of dangerous weapons.
According to entertainment portal TMZ, Brooks was a local rapper who performed under the pseudonym Mathboi Fly.
