Docplanner, which operates in Poland under the name ZnanyLekarz, takes over the German company Jameda, which connects doctors and patients on the local market. For the company, this means a significant increase in patients and customers. In the coming years, DocPlanner intends to invest up to a quarter of a billion euros in the German market.
The Jameda platform, owned so far by Hubert Burda Media, was used by 8 million patients and approx. 17 thousand. doctors. The acquisition of the company will be an opportunity for DocPlanner to increase the group of users.

Investment in the German market
Full takeover of Jameda is scheduled for January 1, 2022. DocPlanner declares that it will invest in the German market within the next 2-3 years a quarter of a billion euros. It intends to hire 200 additional people and optimize both platforms.
