Wirtualna Polska – Everything important

The Discovery Group has been licensed to broadcast the Ski Jumping World Cup from this season. According to the Wirtualnemedia.pl portal, TVP has also managed to obtain certain rights.

Let us remind you that before the start of the season, Discovery did not sub-license Polish Television to show the Ski Jumping World Cup in the open channel. For TVP, only a small piece of the cake was left, i.e. contests in Poland, the World Flying Championships and Olympic competitions.

According to the information from the portal wirtualnemedia.pl, Polish Television will offer shortcuts of the most interesting moments of the given World Cup competitions.

The issue of the new license was briefly commented on by TVP journalist Sebastian Parfjanowicz on Twitter. “We bought the only rights available at the moment, ie news access. This means the right to shorten the professions in news programs” – he wrote.

This is not the only thing that TVP has to offer, because last weekend a program called Sports Evening: “Third Series” was launched.

So far there have been two ski jumping World Cup competitions. Karl Geiger from Germany leads the overall ranking with 180 points. The highest ranked Pole is Kamil Stoch, who is 12th, scoring 45 points.
