Xiaomi 12 will have a FullHD screen and great stereo

Xiaomi 12 will receive a screen inferior to its predecessor on paper, which will finally provide good battery life. In addition, it will please every fan of great audio on a smartphone. Xiaomi 12 is getting more and more interesting every day.

The premiere of Xiaomi 12 will take place in December 2021 and we know more and more about it. Today we got to know more details about the design of the device, its equipment and a very edifying message about the screen … worse than in the predecessor. Or at least that’s what some people will call it, because for me it’s great news.

And we’ll start with her. I am not a particular fan of curved displays, which are usually configured to be comfortably held in the right hand (accidental touch detection). Left-handed people, as usual, may shut up, because who cares about minorities in 2021. Xiaomi 12 will have a bent display and unfortunately we have to accept it.

The good news is that the manufacturer will give up QHD + resolution this time. In my opinion, this is a very good decision, because the predecessor offered a very average working time away from the socket (although it is partly the fault of Snapdragon 888) – here it should be much better. FullHD + on the 6.8-inch diagonal is still a very reasonable value.

The second thing is the speakers. In the world of smartphones, it looks like Apple is still in charge, followed by ASUS and its gaming ROGs, and then long, long nothing. Xiaomi 12 could change that as its stereo speakers are designed to be symmetrical. So far, we do not know whether they will be facing the user – it would be a real challenge with a frameless design.
