Disney + released the Not Okay poster and trailerthe new original film with Zoey Deutch and Dylan O’Brien arriving in Italy from today 29 July in absolute exclusivity on the on-demand streaming platform, directly in the catalog and at no additional cost for subscribers.
Viewers, however, are warned: as anticipated by the trailer, which you can find at the bottom of the article, Not okay contains a really nasty protagonist and viewing is absolutely not recommended for a sensitive public.
An original slogan to say the least, which anticipates the story of Danni Sanders (Zoey Deutch), an aspiring writer with no goals, no friends, no sentimental prospects and – worst of all – with no followers, who spends his time faking a trip to Paris posting fake Instagram content in hopes of increasing his popularity on social media. When a terrifying accident strikes the City of Lights, however, Danni unintentionally falls into a bigger lie than he ever imagined: he forms an unlikely friendship with Rowan (Mia Isaac), who survives a school shooting and is committed to changing her mind. society, and conquers the man of her dreams, Colin (Dylan O’Brien). As an influencer and activist, Danni finally has the life and audience he always wanted: but it’s only a matter of time before the idyllic picture cracks and Danni discovers the hard way that the web is full of people waiting to criticize the next one.
