Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt struggle to finalize their divorce. It turns out that the worst is yet to come.
In September 2016 Angelina Jolie filed for divorce, citing the breakdown of her marriage with Brad Pitt irreconcilable differences. Even then it was clear that the separation of the couple would not be easy. The predictions of the media have come true, and the worst is said to be ahead of them. What are the tabloids reporting?
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt – when will their divorce finally end?
This week marks the five years since Angelina Jolie shocked the show business world by announcing her divorce from Brad Pitt, following an alleged quarrel between the actor and Maddox’s eldest son in the family’s private jet. And while most Hollywood divorces – whether vigorous or not – are signed and sealed in about two years, Jolie and Pitt are still making their way through Los Angeles family courts.
Jolie threw logs wherever she could to prevent Brad from sharing custody of their five youngest children. Including getting rid of Judge John Ouderkirk who married them in 2014.
After more than four years of unresolved disputes, this important custody decision will be completely reversed as a result of an administrative error that is completely unrelated to the essence of the custody dispute itself.
Angelina in an interview with The Guardian published on September 4, she said that it took her a long time to separate from the father of her children and that she would certainly challenge anyone who stood in her way in the quest to deprive Brad of his rights to offspring.
Jolie also suggested that three of her children had asked for their own testimony in court. Pax was one of them, but the actress says her son has so far been denied a vote in court. Although Brad has worked hard on himself and has gone through therapy, Pax, Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh and the twins Knox and Vivienne are very much on Mum’s side.
Angelina will drag part of their divorce for custody as long as is necessary for the sake of her children.
The point is, it will take at least long enough for Shiloh to be 16 or 17, when it is more likely that the judge will take into account her personal wishes.
Angelina will fight with her teeth and claws. Her getting rid of the judge will not be the only weapon in her arsenal. We probably haven’t seen the worst of its stalling tactics yet, reports the source “New Idea”.
As you can see, the worst thing about Brad and Jolie’s divorce is yet to come.
