Neha Sharma is arguably one of the fittest Bollywood actresses and is dedicated to her workout goals day in and day out. She is no doubt a fitness enthusiast and calls the gym her “Happy Place”. Earlier in an interview with ETimes, the actress shared, “[I do] power yoga combined with the gym, along with functional training.” Not to forget, Neha’s athleisure wear is the ultimate gym outfit inspiration.


In addition to intense training, Neha Sharma is also fond of dancing and makes sure to include it in her routines. In the interview, she said that she was trained in classical dancing during her childhood and later “took classes in street hip hop, latin dancing-salsa, merengue, jive and jazz at Pineapple studios in London.”

Not just a well-curated workout routine, but Neha also takes care that she has a balanced diet. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Neha shared, “I love seafood, I love fish because it has omega-3’s which [are] good for your skin and your body and everything.”

Intermittent Fasting

Apart from a nutritious diet, she also swears by the intermittent fasting technique. Reportedly, she fasts for 16 to 18 in a day and drinks black coffee. Her first meal is at around 11 am or 12 pm and she takes eggs, avocado, and orange juice.


To achieve that flawless glow, one needs to invest some time of the day in skincare. Neha has a simple one. She goes with a simple cleansing, toning, and moisturising routine and makes sure to clean up all traces of makeup. She also stressed the importance of staying hydrated and having a good sleep schedule.
