Bayern Munich will try to make a loud boost next year. “AS” claims that the German champions still dream of bringing Pedri from FC Barcelona and they will not regret the money.
Pedri has also recently signed a new deal with FC Barcelona. His current contract runs until 2026 and includes a breakaway clause that amounts to as much as one billion euros.
It would seem that this should definitely close the matter of his possible transfer. As “AS” informs, Bayern Munich is not giving up trying to recruit a player.
The German champions are ready to break their transfer record. So far, they have paid the most for Lucas Hernandez, who cost € 80 million. Pedri would go to Germany for a larger amount.
The player himself could also count on a solid raise. In the Bavarian capital, he would earn up to four times more than in the current club. FC Barcelona, which is in a major financial crisis, can accept a large offer.
At the moment, however, Pedri has no intention of changing the environment. Bayern will try to change his mind. It wants to finalize the transaction next year – most likely in summer, although it may make its first attempt in winter.
