Jakub Moder joined Brighton & Hove Albion in January 2020 from Lech Poznań. On the occasion of this transfer, the record of the Polish Premier League was broken, as the English paid about 11 million euros for the talented midfielder. In total, the Pole has played 34 matches in the new club so far, in which he scored two goals and scored four assists. Also in 2020, he made his debut for the Polish national team, where he has already made 17 appearances.

Brighton is doing well this Premier League season. After 21 rounds, the club of Jakub Modera is 9th in the table, having two games outstanding. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, however, many teams have outstanding matches to play, incl. Tottenham, placed 6th, have three fewer games played than leader Manchester City.
