“There is a clear methodology on how to issue visas for tourists from countries for which there is no facilitation agreement,” the Hungarian minister said, adding: “But even if there is no facilitation agreement visas, it does not mean that visas are not granted “. According to Szijjarto, “the visa policy is a Schengen policy, so as Schengen members there are procedures on how to do it.
