Cernusco, Technoprobe: half-yearly report with strong growth figures. Revenues 250 million (+ 42%), Mol 107 million, investments 38 million

The Board of Directors of Technoprobe Spa, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and leader in the design and production of Probe Cards, approved at the end of the meeting on 27 September at the Cernusco Lombardone headquarters, the half-yearly financial report at 30 June 2022. Revenues increased 42.6% compared to the first half of last year, reaching the figure of 250.3 million. The consolidated gross operating margin (Ebitda, profit before interest, taxes, extraordinary items, write-downs and amortization …) is 106.7 million (81.9 million in the first half of 2021).

The income statement has discounted both the increase in the cost of raw materials – in addition to their difficult availability – and the start-up of the new production lines in the Cernusco, Osnago and Agrate plants, and finally the increase in research and development costs. . At 30 June the net financial position (difference between total payables regardless of due dates and liquid assets, cash on current account, financial receivables) amounted to € 315.9 million deriving both from strictly operating activities and from the income from the recent increase in capital compared to 134.8 million as of December 31, 2021.

In the first six months of this year the company headed by the Crippa family, of which Eng. Giuseppe is the founder, he has invested 38 million to upgrade and upgrade the production lines both in Italy and abroad.

Considering the order backlog, it is believed that this highly positive growth trend will continue in the second half of 2022 despite the difficulties in the markets for raw materials and in the procurement of energy sources.
