In the face of Chris Hemsworth’s numerous performances as Marvel’s character Thor, the actor recently revealed that he managed to fulfill an unusual dream with the new production: to be naked on stage.
In an interview with Variety, Chris says he has been preparing for this scene for 10 years, remembering his first role where he appeared shirtless, surprising all viewers. In addition, director Taika Waikiti reinforced how much fans would crucify him if he didn’t show off the character’s body, becoming a mark and reference to Thor.

It is worth remembering that the production of Thor: Love and Thunder will hit theaters on July 7, containing Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Chris Pratt, Jaimie Alexander, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Sean Gunn , Jeff Goldblum and Vin Diesel in the cast.
Synopsis
The film finds Thor on a journey unlike anything he has ever faced – a quest for inner peace, but his retirement is interrupted by a galactic assassin known as Gorr, the Butcher of the Gods, who seeks the extinction of the gods.
To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie, Korg and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster, who to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably wields his magic hammer, Mjolnir, revealing herself to be the Mighty Thor. Together, they embark on a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the Butcher of the Gods’ revenge and stop him before it’s too late.
