Director Denis Villeneuve he chose Léa Seydoux to play Lady Margot in the sequel to the Warner Bros. And Legendary Dunes 2. The French actress is in talks to join the cast already composed by Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, Josh Brolin, Javier Bardem, Stellan Skarsgard And Dave Bautista.
The already large cast of stars of the first Dunes also recently saw the addition of Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken and Austin Butler. Villeneuve returned to writing, directing and producing the film. Jon Spaihts will return to the script together with Villeneuve. The director will begin filming the Dune sequel later this year. The release is scheduled for October 20, 2023.

At the last Cannes Film Festival she was the protagonist, alongside Viggo Mortensen And Kristen Stewartof the new horror of David Cronenberg Crimes of the Future.
The first Dunes grossed $ 400.6 million worldwide, one of the most successful box office takings of Warner Bros. The film was nominated for 10 Academy Awardsincluding Best Picture, and won six, for sound, visual effects, production design, original score, editing and photography.
