Eman Esfandi will be Ezra Bridger in Ahsoka’s TV series
After a long wait, the confirmation from The Hollywood Reporter has arrived: it will be the young actor Eman Esfandi to play Ezra Bridger in live-action in the TV series of Ahsoka.
Mena Massoud (Aladdin), who was seen by fans as the most obvious choice, especially thanks to his comments on social media, commented on the news and confirmed that he tried to actually get the part with an audition, but also admitted that perhaps the character was not exactly in his strings.
I am happy that at least the rumors will stop now. I never really got a chance to play it (1 audition recorded months ago), but I guess it wasn’t a really suitable part for me. In fact, I can’t deny that this guy is really the same as Ezra. Hope it does it justice!
Glad the rumors will stop now. Never really had a fair shot at it unfortunately (1 self-tape months ago) but just wasn’t meant for me I guess. Can’t deny the dude looks exactly like Ezra. Hope it’s done justice!

Filming for Ahsoka is currently underway and the cast of the series will include Rosario Dawson, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Ivanna Sakhna, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Ray Stevenson and, according to rumors, Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker.
