With his second surgery just hours away and more to follow following a horrific accident while using a snow blower, the two-time Oscar-nominated actor, Jeremy Rennerposted a very moving photo from the intensive care unit of the hospital where he is staying, addressing his fans.

Needless to say, the post achieved stellar views and many stars of Hollywood, Renner’s colleagues and friends, commented fondly on his post!
