Johnny Depp in trial: the accusations of Amber Heard, drugs and the severed finger

Due to the legal situation, Depp was fired from the set of Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Secrets, in theaters for a few days, and then replaced by Mads Mikkelsen. The franchise is branded Warner Bros. but the studio did not apply the same behavior towards Amber Heard, who instead was confirmed for the sequel to Aquaman.

This second week of hearings in Virginia, however, continues between rather explicit videos and images on the relationship between the ex-spouses. In an audio recording, Heard begs Depp not to harm himself, while threatening to cut himself with a knife. In another clip, the actor can be seen smashing the kitchen doors.

Meanwhile, the actor accused his ex-wife of having ruined his career and for this he abandoned the sixth chapter in the role of Captain Jack Sparrow just days after the first statements of Heard, followed by a restraining order in 2016.

However, since, according to Depp, his image is still used in parks and in merchandising, the lady’s lawyer asked him if he would return to the franchise if the production company offered 300 million in addition to a million alpacas. The actor’s response was firm and negative.

The process is expected to take about six weeks in total and, after Depp’s statements, it will be Heard’s turn. Outside the courtroom, both offer circumstantial smiles to onlookers and photographers.
