Madame Web: Emma Roberts’ set photos fuel fan speculation

Emma Roberts was immortalized on the Madame Web set and a detail of her character is fueling fan speculation.

The resumed from Madame Web are currently underway in the city of Boston and the new ones photo from the set show Emma Roberts engaged in some takes.
The young actress was immortalized walking along a street and fans immediately noticed that the character will be pregnant.

The photos of Emma Roberts engaged in the making of Madame Web have therefore fueled the hypothesis of Marvel fans. The fact that the actress has a fake baby bump could in fact be an element linked to the character of Jessica Drew / Spider-Woman, struggling with a pregnancy between the pages of the comics.

The screenplay for the film based on the Marvel comics and produced by Sony, arriving on 11 July 2022 on the big screen, was signed by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama, while the director is SJ Clarkson.
The star will be Dakota Johnson, while the cast also includes Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O’Connor, Isabela Merced, Tahar Rahim, Adam Scott, and Mike Epps.

Some videos had also recently appeared from the set in which Dakota Johnson was shown wearing a long red leather jacket, which has led to speculation that she is playing Julia Carpenter. The story also seems to be set in the early 2000s, considering Beyonce’s and Palm Pilots’ Dangerously in Love billboards with 3G technology.
The film could therefore show the origin of Madame Web in relation to the Kraven film the Hunter: between the pages of the comics Carpenter gets the powers after Cassandra Webb is sacrificed to bring Kraven back to life.
