Britney Spears was under her father’s tutelage for 13 years. In June of this year, the singer confessed that she was suffering from depression. Thanks to the new lawyer Matthew Rosengart, the singer’s fight to end her incapacitation has gained momentum. It would seem that Britney’s troubles are slowly coming to an end. It turns out, however, that the star can fall into the gutter from the rain. Typed as the singer’s new curator, Jason Rubin was not an angel in the past.
A lawyer has requested a new probation officer for Britney Spears
At the beginning of August, Britney Spears’ lawyer filed a motion to the court for the immediate removal of her father from guardianship over her daughter, which was motivated by the trauma and harm to the singer. In the application, the lawyer selected a new probation officer to replace Spears’s father. This is accountant Jason Rubin. Although fans of the star around the world joined the “#FreeBritney” campaign, the court rejected the request for no reason. However, surprising news reached the media in mid-August. Jamie Spears made a statement in which he himself declared his readiness to resign as his daughter’s probation officer.
Mr. Spears is a constant target of unjustified media attacks. She does not believe that a public battle with her daughter for his continued service as her probation officer would be in her best interest. So, while he has to challenge this unfounded removal request, Mr. Spears intends to work with the court and his daughter’s new attorney to prepare for an orderly transition to a new probation officer, Page Six said.
A new probation officer, Britney Spears, has fabricated court papers in the past
Page Six examined the past of Jamie Spears’ potential successor, Jason Rubin. According to the website, the man was denied custody of his mother in the past. At the beginning of 2020, the accountant applied to become a temporary, and ultimately permanent, guardian of Ida Rubin. The woman was diagnosed with schizophrenia. Jason’s request met with opposition from both the woman and Jason’s brother.
Rubin tried to prove that his mother had mental problems. As evidence in the case, he provided records of calls to the Las Vegas police and security reports on incidents at home. However, it was the last piece of evidence, a medical certificate by one Dr. Gregory P. Brown, that settled the matter. The document turned out to be a counterfeit. Dr. Brown never met Ida Rubin. The court ultimately denied Jason custody of his mother.
Another Britney Spears incapacitation hearing will be held on September 29, 2021.
