On Sky Cinema Comedy it promises to be a June shiver, not of cold, since the temperatures schizzeranno for the summer period, but certainly at the level of entertainment.
Every Friday in the first and second evening will be aired eight films that mix horror and comedyfor a true concentrate of irony and the macabre that every time will delight the palates of lovers of the two genres.
Friday 5 June they open the month with two irreverent parodies of horror movies: it starts with Horror Moviethe 2009 comedy directed by Bo Zenga with Leslie Nielsen that place in the night of Halloween so many parodies and references of horror cinema; it then goes on to Scary Movie, the founder of the long-successful epic starring Anna Faris.
Friday 12 (for a nap is not Friday the 13th, staying in the theme of horror!) it is the time of the the first vision Little Monsters with Lupita nyong’o, the comedy of horror presented at the Sundance Film Festival 2019 in which a teacher finds himself having to face a horde of zombies. In the second part of the evening is up to Scary Movie 2the sequel to Scary Movie where Anna Faris in the role of Cindy Campbell will be the protagonist of an adventure choir that comes the horror in a uniquely zany, without forgetting some touches of genius from the chapeau.
Friday 19 you switch to the zombie-comedy of Jim Jarmusch The dead do not die with an ensemble cast by fear (to stay in theme thrill) including Adam Driver, Bill Murray, Chloë Sevigny, Steve Buscemi, Austin Butler, RZA, Tilda Swinton, Tom Waits, Danny Glover, Caleb Landry Jones, Rosie Perez, Carol Kane and Selena Gomez. The film tells the story in an irresistible way as a small town reacts to deal with a sudden zombie invasion.
To follow, Scary Movie 3 – A laugh will buryin the third chapter of the saga played by Anna Faris with Charlie Sheen, Drew Mikuska and Leslie Nielsen. By the brothers Wayans, the creators of the series and the authors of the first two chapters, it goes here to David Zucker, author of comedies, paradoxical as The plane-mad world (1980) and the series de A bullet checked.
Last but not least, Friday 26 close the loop Scary Movie and What We Do in the Shadowsfilm-style mockumentary directed by and starring Taika Waititi (Jojo Rabbit) that follows the lives of four vampires living together in Staten Island.
