Portuguese-Canadian Shawn Mendes is the new face of Tommy Hilfiger – Marketeer

“Play it Forward” is the motto of Tommy Hilfiger’s new global campaign for the summer of this year, which features singer Shawn Mendes. The aim is to build a more sustainable future together.

To this end, the Portuguese-Canadian artist will use more sustainable and made-to-measure pieces during his upcoming “Wonder: World Tour”. In addition, Tommy Hilfiger announces that it will donate one million dollars to the tour’s environmental impact mitigation and compensation efforts.

The partnership also includes a capsule collection entitled “Classics Reborn”, which uses recycled materials and design practices aligned with the circular economy, and is scheduled to be launched in spring 2023.

“Shawn Mendes is not just a musician – he also represents a new generation of futuremakers who understand the need for action. By joining forces with it to learn, share and innovate, we can build on what we have already achieved and take our sustainability journey to the next level.
