It’s called “Sardinia, an extraordinary world”, the new video made as part of the 2023 promotional strategy of the Sardinia region.

Sardinia, an extraordinary world

The protagonist of the spot that aims to promote the tourist image of the island is the actress from Cagliari Caterina Murino.

In the video, which lasts 90 seconds and focuses on the sea and Sardinian traditions, the protagonist wears the typical costume of the Mamuthones and suggestive images of Tavolara and Pan di Zucchero in Masua are proposed.

β€œThese are images that convey strong emotions, suitable for promoting the image of Sardinia in the world – declared the Vice President of the Region Alessandra Zedda at the presentation of the spot – an exceptional product, all Sardinian, which focuses on the profound identity of our land, as in the program of the regional council”.

Sardinia, an extraordinary world

β€œA tourist promotion spot that aims to confirm Sardinia among the most popular tourist destinations” he added the Councilor of Tourism Chessto.

The promotional strategy of the spot envisages broadcasting on international television (CNN and BBC international), on other European broadcasters (France, Germany and the United Kingdom), on the main Italian channels and on some online publications, five national and ten foreign (at least three in the United States). Finally, announcements are planned in the pages of the β€œNew York Times” and digital panels in Berlin, London, New York and Paris.
