The anniversary release of Skyrim is not without its mistakes. Bethesda has already released the first update to the Skyrim Anniversary Edition and the developers have addressed the latest bugs. We know the full list of improvements.
Skyrim Anniversary Edition debuted on the market in November, but the production does not offer a new quality setting. The developers took care of, among other things, accelerating the gameplay on PlayStation 5, but at the same time they offered new additions.
The game is 10 years old, but even in this situation, there were several bugs that Bethesda faced in the latest release. The developers reacted quickly and fixed the following bugs:
- Fixed an issue that prevented certain doors in Rielle from opening properly.
- Fixed an issue where Russian and Polish Notes would not display text correctly.
- Fixed an issue where German and French players received incorrect menu text when leveling up.
- Fixed an issue that caused players to experience a “black screen” when starting the game.
We released the first amendment to the Anniversary Edition, in which we removed some of the bugs you reported, including the display of Polish fonts in the books and the “black screen” error when loading the game.
We wish you further exciting adventures!

Skyrim Anniversary Edition is at least currently the latest and final release of Bethesda’s blockbuster, but it’s hard to say what the future holds. As you know, the title has already hit a number of platforms, so in the future we will probably hear about new versions that will use the potential of modern platforms.
