Such information seems to be satisfactory not only for Stal’s fans, but above all for the club’s management. Vaculik will be able to focus almost one hundred percent on the competition in PGE Ekstraliga, which it will combine with the Grand Prix cycle. The Slovak is one of those speedway riders who prefer to ride less in the season.
– I have been doing this since 2019 and it will be the same now. I will be racing in Poland for Gorzów and in the Grand Prix. I feel good about it. If I need to drive more often, I will change my plans, but for now I don’t feel like that – said Vaculik, quoted by the website fimspeedway.com.
The lower frequency of driving has a positive effect on Vaculik, as evidenced by the sixth place in the classification of the best PGE Ekstraliga players in 2021. The Slovak then achieved a running average of 2.209. In 2020 it was also impressive – 2.202, while it was even better in 2019 – 2.319.
Therefore, it is not surprising that Vaculik does not want to change its driving mode, and the league performances only for Stal Gorzów are fully satisfying for him.
– There is a very good atmosphere in Gorzów. There is a very good team spirit. We are a group of friends. We work like a family. When you go to work, you don’t feel that you are in it. You meet your friends and have a great time – noted the Slovak.
